# Get help

How to report a bug, request a feature or part, ask a question and reach the Protoboard team

## Send feedback from the app

1. In the editor, click **Feedback & Issues** at the bottom of the left rail.
2. Choose **Bug Report** or **Feature Request**.
3. Optionally name the area (for example ProtoBot, Canvas or BOM) and describe what happened, or what you want.
4. Send it.

Your user ID, email and the current board are attached automatically, so the team can look at the same board.

## What to include

* What you did, what you expected and what happened instead.
* The board, if it's not the one open (a link works for boards you've shared).
* For Agent Bridge problems: your MCP client, and the output of `get_bridge_diagnostics`.
* The version in the editor header, for example "Protoboard v4.7.0 (Alpha)".

Never send your password or an agent API key.
